Shipping policy

Orders placed through the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library Foundation online store are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are shipped using standard carriers such as UPS, USPS, or similar services. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier availability. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us at onlinesupport@trlibrary.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier using the tracking information provided. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact onlinesupport@trlibrary.com within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, weather events, or supply chain interruptions.
